Champagne G. MAHE

Champagne G. Mahé production

Our entire production is vinified by the Coopérative Vinicole de PASSY GRIGNY in a state-of-the-art pressing center with automatic press loading. The winery is thermo-regulated, with vats or barrels of varying capacities, enabling us to vinify our wines by terroir to extract the best aromas and sublimate the typicity of each.

Our know-how gives birth to generous cuvées with intense and fruity aromas, a guarantee of future great vintages.

Tasting and storage

After aging in our cellars for a minimum of 30 months and up to over 7 years depending on the cuvée, our Champagne is finally ready to be delivered to your home and enjoyed at your table.

From that moment on, it is up to you to give it the utmost care by storing the bottle lying down, in a cool, dark place.

Then, the choice is yours: enjoy it right away or let it rest in your cellar for a few more years.
Champagne should be served chilled, but not ice-cold : the ideal tasting temperature is between 6 and 8°C (43 - 46°F).
