This 100% Meunier Champagne is crafted from our finest cuvées, then vinified half in stainless steel tanks, half in new oak barrels.

The nose is bold and expressive, with aromas of candied lemon, fresh butter, tarte Tatin apple, and notes of roasting.

On the palate, it's juicy, fresh, and full-bodied, with flavors of apricot and mandarin, enriched by hints of vanilla from the barrel aging. The finish is fresh and saline, leaving a tender, savory sensation.

Perfectly paired with pan-seared foie gras, veal sweetbreads with truffle, or Munster cheese with cumin.

This cuvée is named after our youngest daughter.
