Ratafia de Champagne

A delicate blend of freshly pressed grape juice and Champagne spirit, this aperitif is best served chilled at 8°C, in a glass suited for spirits.

Amber in color, the nose reveals aromas of violet, rose, and lychee. On the palate, you’ll find redcurrant and other red fruit notes.

Perfect as an accompaniment to soft cheeses with bloomy rind, wonderful for deglazing sauces, or used as a base in cocktails.
